“We love our orthopedic specialists here. The only issue is that the address is wrong. I've contacted Cooks Children's about it and no one has responded to me so I'm posting here so others can see. The parking lot for the specialist clinic is not in the same parking lot as urgent care. Specialist and urgent care are in the same building but the parking and seperate entrance for the specialists is off of Prestige Street. The doors for urgent care don't open till 11am. So if you have a specialist appointment before 11am, you have to go in the specialist entrance which is on the other side of the building from urgent care. I hope this helps someone because it was really irritating strolling my toddler who was in a body cast all the way around the building because Cooks put the address and entrance in wrong both on Google and on their website. The staff also get calls about this all the time and they have to spend too much of their time explaining it to people on the phone when they are also checking in patients. That waste of time on the part of management and administration is really disappointing especially when I'm not the only one who has tried to address this issue. Cooks.....get it together....fix the address....fix the entrance location on maps.”

I couldn’t be there with her & knew how nervous she was but not only could she not be happier with the results, she keeps talking about how patient & kind this doctor was with her. She has had such low self esteem over the years due to her unnaturally large chest but now she can stand tall (literally) & feels/looks amazing! “My mother-in-law has been at Bickford assisted living for almost 3 years. This is the most amazing facility. It's one level, always decorated beautifully, the staff is always smiling, and it feels like home as soon as you walk in. Everyone that works there goes above and beyond for my mother-in-law....director, nurse, kitchen staff, cleaning crew, maintenance, activities director, etc.. We are so blessed to have Bickford. The staff has family meetings throughout the year which is great. They answer questions, talk about Bickford happenings, and it's a great way to connect with everyone. The director is amazing, and answers my emails and concerns right away. The nurse is also wonderful with communicating any concerns my mother-in-law may have. The activities directors are wonderful.....always decorating, having really fun and creative activities, positive, nice, and just so great with the residents. This past year with Covid has been very challenging. The staff has gone above and beyond to keep my loved one safe, happy, not stressed, and healthy. Of course it's so hard not being with her, but I completely understand. It's more important everyone is healthy. I am so grateful for Bickford, and all they do each day.”

“This PT clinic is great. My main reason for 5-starring it is that my PT, Hannah, knows her stuff. She's so good at what she does, despite being pretty young, and always makes me feel better, and is working with me to make my issues go away. She's also personable, a joy to be around. Other reasons I like it though include that it's clean, it's never too crowded, you work with your PT the whole time (no assistants or substitutes), they have tons of resources to use, they're organized, Mary-Ellen (the receptionist) is sweet, patient, and good-humored even when I have to change appt times. I'm really happy with them and I'm glad I found them. I definitely recommend.”
