I was in pain last weekend and she called me, then called a prescription in. She also helped my Mom with a tooth that came unattached from a denture while helping me with my visit! “My father has been at this facility for four years now and I have been pleased for the most part! My mother and I toured the facility before placing my father and we liked the cleanliness and overall appearance! Believe me when I say we toured several facilities that they could afford and we chose this one above the others! I have not really had to bring many concerns to the staff but when I have, whether it be a medical issue or something that the administration had to handle i. e. broken light or fixture the staff addressed it right away! My only complaint is that the food is not as yummy as it was a couple of years ago but the dear lady that fixed that good food sadly passed away! I am hoping that that will improve! There have been shortages in CNA staffing but that is the same at every facility in this area and the new administrator and the director of nursing are working on that! The shining stars at this facility, in my opinion, are the agency CNA’s and nurses that consistently come here as well as the full time staff! They love their patients and work hard for them! This facility is constantly trying to improve the experience for the patients and the families! My father and I feel that the staff are family! Every member of this staff either comes and speaks to my dad or will ask me how he is doing if they are in a different part of the building that day! This facility is a good choice! A nursing home is never where you or a loved one want to be but stay involved and your experience will be a good one like ours!”

“I could not have hoped to be in a better place as I was feeling ill and not quite sure what it was about. The staff was wonderful everyone was patient and kind. Even though they were short one doctor they did their very best to care for the patient each in their own time. Not only were we notified in the waiting room that there was a doctor short they also just gave us alternative places to go and apologize for the length of the wait. “This is my first dental review. I just HAD to share my AMAZING experience!!🥰 Yesterday, I received top-notch treatment from Dr. McKee and the staff at Family Dentistry in Suffolk. Dr. McKee relieved my anxiety of a chipped front tooth and effectively “patched” me up!! I couldn’t be more pleased! Also, the dental assistant (forgive me for not knowing her name), is super kind and worked intuitively with Dr. McKee. Such a super team!! 🤗 Last but not least, I cannot leave out Gwen working the front desk. Bless her heart! 😍 As the lights were being cut off and the staff were leaving for the day, she extended patience and understanding processing my transaction. “Dr Huffman was very friendly and thorough. He made me feel at ease and was easy to talk to and answered all my questions. He was thorough in asking questions also. His staff including the nurses and receptionist were also very friendly and helpful. My only problem was that I had an appointment at 10:30 and didn't get seen until after 12:00. I then realized it was because Dr. Huffman spends quality time with each of his patients answering all of their questions and listening to all of their concerns. Other than that my experience was great.”
