“SERVICE: Build a Custom Home My wife and I have had a most pleasant experience working with Sadler Building Corporation. We expected building a custom home to be complex and complicated. We knew that there would be a lot of moving pieces that would be difficult to follow, but thanks to Sadler's deliberate process and working with us closely, we always felt that we were aware of what was happening every step of the way. Even though we were located in Northern Virginia as our Suffolk, VA home was being built, we found that telephone meetings and just a few trips to the area were sufficient to keep the momentum going, keep up with things, and make appropriate and timely selections and decisions. We were pleasantly surprised to find that when we came to Suffolk to meet with Ed Sadler and Brad Walker, they devoted those days to us entirely, which gave us time to make carefully thought-through decisions without being rushed. They both are extremely knowledgeable about home construction and were able to address all of our questions and issues either immediately, or knew where to go to get the appropriate answers. They also were able to make recommendations that we found to be extremely helpful. Throughout the process, the Sadler Team was very personable and polite and a pleasure to work with. This attitude also was apparent when we visited the worksite where John, the Site Superintendent, would greet us and provide a spot progress report and projection of scheduled work. If we ever build another home in an area where the Sadler Building Corporation does business, we definitely will go to them to have the work done.
