(July 6, 2020, 7:09 pm)Rachel answered our call for help just shy of 5pm on a hot Monday afternoon in July when my boyfriend discovered his AC blowing hot air when he arrived home. She sent TC to the rescue, who arrived within the hour of my call! He discovered that it was a Dominion Energy "feature" connected to his system causing the problem. A quick disconnect and the issue is solved. Thank you!!! A1 = A+

He was able to solve complex issues in a timely manner, and truly did the job right. Not only is he professionally sound but his Positive attitude and character truly made this “stressful” experience much easier. He is surely a great component to your workplace and we hope he is recognized positively for his outstanding work.
(May 14, 2020, 3:28 pm)Jake B. was my technician and he came out on Sunday for an emergency concern with the smell of smoke when I turned on my heat. He explained everything to me and we scheduled a service date of Tuesday to install a new HVAC system (mine was 16 yrs old and needed to be replaced). Jake has over 40 years of experience and was very knowledgeable and honored every aspect of what quality service is. I highly recommend him from A-1 American and hope that everyone has the same experience that I did, especially since this is such a high (unexpected) expense.
