Kris is a fantastic teacher. I love that she takes a personal interest in my health goals. She is highly skilled in the practice of pure classical pilates. “Absolutely loved this place! Jeremy accommodated me and my friend so well! It was her birthday and he did everything to make the day special. We had a facial, solar light spa, cryotherapy, and these leg circulation things (sorry forgot the name lol). Needless to say the experience was enjoyable! Jeremy and his staff was a pleasure to work with and we definitely will be coming back!”

“The staff was incredibly friendly. We had massages at another place that cancelled on us as soon as we got to VA beach for the day. We were enthralled to learn that Salon @ 31st does massages. Princess did a prenatal massage on me that was fabulous. Johann worked on my husband and he enjoyed it. We also had pedicures and the ladies were very friendly and very skilled. We highly recommend!”
