“Won’t be moving in for a few weeks. However, I’ve talked to just about everyone in the office at one point or another. Everyone is super helpful and pleasant to chat with. They’ve answered all of my questions and are quick to respond to emails/calls. I toured the apartment a few weeks back. The updates looked pretty good and the location seems to be great. Restaurants, grocery store, and the beach are all within walking distance. Bike lanes and trails are nearby too. I talked to a few residents as I was walking around and everyone seemed pleased with their apartments and the staff. I toured a few other places during my visit and it was a no brainer Marina Shores offered the best bang for your buck.”
