When things would break, as they normally do, she would negotiate with her vendors to make sure we were treated fairly. I am sure most people who have rental properties know, when your property manager is calling, it isn't because the tenants want to pay more rent. It is usually when something broke and is going to cost money. With Debi, when I got those calls, I knew I would be treated fairly, and many times I was amazed at how little some of the things cost that broke.
