I had a restless night and my morning began with not knowing how to restore (I used gorilla glue) after multiple uses the wing would not set. I prayed and googled for someone to repair my Angel (prayer answered, INERTIA GLASS / Ms. Wendy) she cared about my sadness and scheduled a same day meeting. “Tim, Chris and all the guys there who worked on my 07’ Toyota Camry yesterday afternoon, just want to say thank you so much for everything. My car broke down 350 miles away from home on the Chesapeake bridge after the first tunnel and got my car towed to Big Al’s and Tim and the other guys were fast, honest, kind, and just awesome. They checked my car right away and told me my caliper bolts were loose and one came out in the highway. It was scary but he helped me and fixed it all right away. My entire family and I are so grateful for this place. Closest to the bridge too. He fixed it, tested it and it ran smoothly for the next 350 miles. Thank you so much again. Best mechanic I probably have ever gone to.”
