Casey Toyota Service Department

When I purchased the Tacoma from Casey Toyota Williamsburg Va in Nov 2015 I was informed that all VA State Inspections would be free in future. When I brought the vehicle to Casey Toyota on 18 Oct 2023 for VA State Inspection I was informed - after the service - that I would be charged for the VA State Inspection regardless of what Toyota promised me when I originally purchased the vehicle. This was very disappointing and unexpected. Likely will not use their services again in future.

I went there for an oil change, an inspection and a new battery .the service representative was an excellent listener and remembered all the details of want we needed done . We were happy with the extra help in saving us money on the new battery when he looked up the old battery info and prorated it for us. He even remembered the free car wash on my 2016 RAV4 👍❤️ Our Service Advisor was Michael Rosa .Great Job !!!! Rebecca Bogese

I had great experience, my service person was fabulous. However, the obsessive nature of giving a survey after every interaction is completely unacceptable. If you put the money, time and effort into hiring, training/ educating and rewarding your workers for doing their job adequately, that should be enough. Rewarding and punishing your staff based on the whims of the American public is part of this country's downfall. Stop caring more about how customers FEEL and care about how COMPETENTLY your staff are doing their jobs. I want to get competent service on my car, not be be happy you have coffee and my service tech smiled. Stop catering to "Karens" of the world and take care your goid employees. Stop sending out damn surveys every time. I have a job to do as well. This just cuts into my time!

Casey Toyota is A+. Service is quick and efficient. I was able to get an oil change, tires rotated and state inspection all under one hour. Mike is fantastic to work with and treats you with respect and make sure you are taken care of all at a reasonable cost!! They are the only team I truly trust with my vehicle. Go see them and ask for Mike!!
