We looked online and a lot of local places (Williamsburg, VA) for a new mattress to put in our guest room, where predominantly older people will stay.
We made an appointment with Chris and the experience was positive from the get-go. He was knowledgeable, friendly (but not pushy) and cool when we had to change our appointment. We came away feeling we'd bought the perfect (hybrid) mattress for our needs at a reasonable price. And it felt good supporting "small and local".

This business is locally owned and the couple that owns it has to be about the sweetest people I’ve ever met. They genuinely care about their clients and want to make sure they go home as happy as possible. The delivery was same day.. no same hour. Chris even helped me move my dresser into my house from my shed when he dropped off my bed. They are willing to work with you and make sure you get a great nights sleep! I honestly hate buying mattresses and I can’t see myself going anywhere else. I can’t give high enough praise to this couple and their business.
