King's Creek

My family owns a vacation property here and we very much look forward to our stay each and every year. The kindest staff and the amenities are second to none. Just came back from our week long trip and the only negative to report was the indoor pool being closed for renovation even though the sign at the front desk said it would n should have been reopened by mid August.

Other then that this is an amazing place to make core memories with family and friends.

Great stay. Had to see a timeshare presentation but honestly this doesn’t seem like a bad place to own a timeshare. Would stay here again in the future and pay the regular rate for the kind of house we got again. Very close to Busch Gardens even though it rained non stop out whole visit. Would also gladly consider the timeshare part. Ashlynn was very warm and kind while showing us the place and Mr. Joe was also. The staff was amazing during check in and check out I really have no complaints.

Uniquely designed time share resort that does a great job of making you feel like you're in your own temporary vacation home. The optional sales pitch was pretty low pressure and takes about two hours, despite the check-in promise of 90 minutes. But they also provided breakfast for us early birds at 9, which was a nice touch.
The proximity to Williamsburg and Busch Gardens is very good and there are some surprisingly good restaurants not far from the resort.
The pool policy is a bit over the top in that you have to fill out a form, check out towels, get a pool key, and be sure to check it all back in at the end of your stay. I'm guessing they've had a lot of people take the towels or damage pool property. It's unfortunate because we felt like this was frankly too much hassle just to go swimming.
Also, the toaster didn't pop up and burnt a piece of toast to a crisp and the sliding screen door to the deck didn't open or close well at all. We struggled to get it a couple feet open and then I walked into a spider web trying to get out, banged my knee, and gave up. Seems no one tries to actually go out on the deck.
Other than that, it was a nice resort.
One recommendation would be to add a coffee/tea shop. Column 15 is really good, but it would be nice to have something on the premises to kick off your day.
