Tasha the front desk attendant was wonderful Shock and Marcus are also great there was a young man applying by the name is Mondel he was very handsome respectable and well mannered. My experience was GREAT! Sergio was amazing handsome young man very nice and fast friendly service.
Located right in the heart of historical Williamsburg. Love the location, horses right across the street to visit with. The room was a stamdard room. Service was wonderful.
Floor one has a lasting odor of marijuana. We thought it could have been a worker at first, but it's just a smell that apparently lingers as you enter the door from the ground level outside around the back.
This location has a pool detached from the main building. The only complaint I have about this location is in the pool area. We saw a LARGE COCKROACH in the pool area.
Alot can be said for the hospitality of the staff at this hotel. The housekeeping people are by far the most under appreciated people in this industry so remember folks to say thanks, leave a tip, give them a smile for what they do. Special shout out to Charlene - she is by far one of the very best in the business. She works for the customer and always has a smile, the absolute picture perfect employee. It's those things that make this the place you want to stay here during your trip to Williamsburg.
This is your "standard" hotel that satisfies all your basic needs. The beds are comfy, the rooms are clean. What puts this hotel over the top is the staff! The people are fantastic and went out of their way to accommodate our family in town staying for our reunion. A big thanks to Charlene for being our liason as each of us arrived from all over the country. Jim K at the front desk always has a morning smile and gladly answered all our questions about the area and our booking. Neil managed this hotel with ease and walked the grounds checking the details, greeting guests and literally singing a song from time to time. This hotel may not have fancy "bells & whistles" but they do have the people that makes it the place you want to stay!
