This review is to give recognition to the site manager. His name escapes me at the moment but his delivery and commitment to providing excellent customer service does not!

During my visit, an ill timed rain cloud happened to pass over and rain for a couple minutes at the exact moment my car had finished being hand-dried and polished after getting the Shine Master Express $44.95 package. (highly recommended)

Bad luck and timing are a part of life but that little rain cloud wasn't going to stop the site manager from delivering the results this company promises. Without being asked he took it upon himself to REDO the entire finishing procedure once the cloud had passed.

This is the type of customer service that deservers recognition as he was the only one working on my car BEFORE the rain cloud and AFTER the rain cloud meaning he had to redo the entirety of his OWN work.

This demonstration of integrity, excellence, customer service, and commitment to a company's mission deservers to be rewarded and praised.

Give this man a raise! He earned it. He got a nice tip.

Honestly, the best experience ive had with having my vehicles washed. Friendly staff, the time wait is to be expected, if you Honestly think about what all goes into the experience. My vehicles before and after was more than i expected. My truck was rough lol, lemme tell yah. They even walked around the vehicle with me to make sure i was happy. Definitely will be going back with the family.
