I had bought a pair of shoes for a wedding. And, having cash on me. I paid cash. And put the receipt in my wallet. Just in case I needed to return them. Which, I did need to. So. I proceed to the service desk. And produce the receipt from my wallet. To my disbelief. Most of the ink on the purchase number had been rubbed away from the friction in my wallet. But, despite the very limited information I could them. The manager there at the time, Sang. Was able to look it up and provide me with my refund. She went above and beyond. And thats how customer service is supposed to be. I will keep coming back here. Just because of this one interaction. And recommend anyone else as well.”

“Visited the store near Ft.Lee, VA during Christmas weekend, with the $20 gift card from customer service. There was one cart charged up front for me to use. I found lots of merchandise on sale. Very pleased with the store, well stocked, polite employees, very helpful with me as a senior, with limited mobility. I am recovering from major surgery on my ankle, a long recovery 12-18 months.”

“Little creek-fort story expeditionary base has one of the finest Navy Exchange that I have visited . Plenty of parking area Automotive Care Center , car wash, laundromat , two Minni Mark's , furniture store as well as two gas station . The staff at the Navy Exchange is top-notch and goes out of their way to please the customer. They will price match on request , are competitive when it comes to gas prices as well as all items sold in the Navy Exchange are of top quality. “This store seems to be super busy every time I visit, however the items are usually straight on the shelves, aisles clear of items and debris and staff on hand for any questions or assistance. The Men's section was a bit of a disaster when I arrived, but it also appeared that they may have had intentions of re-stocking the merchandise and straightening the whole area as the entire rest of the store was in good order. I intended to look for one item for a Halloween costume and amazingly I was able to find something that would work. Thanks to the Target Red Card, Target App (for a coupon) as well as accumulating some Target Circle dollars I was able to save on my purchases!”

“For a Bed Bath and Beyond, it's relatively average, but it does have plenty of room, making it easy to navigate even when it's crowded. The staff were pretty friendly and efficient. I went mid afternoon on Black Friday, and though they had a long line St checkout, it was constantly moving. The overall shopping center can be a bit tricky getting in and out of, but that's not their fault.”

“This location has a lot of stuff. I stopped in for a picture frame but didn't fine it. I ended up walking out with a bag of chips made from roots. Pretty good! I like that Home Goods has a great collection of healthier snacks and many unique items at a great price. I can spend at least an hour here. Sometimes I would find crystals that I like here, and they are at a much better price than elsewhere. I always check out the pets section. Lots of treats, beds, toys, bowls, storage baskets, etc... for dogs and cats. If you need a place to go to pass time, go to Home Goods.”
