The only reason for my cancelation was that our Medicare provider gives us free ones with no fees. I would highly recommend the belle device as you only have to charge it about once a month. The battery 🔋 standby mode is straight amazing with the once a month charge. Extremely friendly support staff as well. The woman that helped me was amazing a true asset to this company. Whoever left a one star is smoking crack or something maybe just bad luck or a simple case of not following directions. Anyways thats my review of the belle emergency system.”
