Jim was very responsive and helpful with the many questions we had and we're very happy with the end results. The installation happened in line with the timeframe that was initially quoted to us and the crew that came in to replace the windows and doors were experienced and knew exactly what needed to be done. I was very impressed with the crew chief's knowledge of the product and how easily he addressed the small tweaks required during the door installations. For the most part, I stayed out of their way so they could work but when I did have questions the crew took the time to answer my questions or demonstrate and explain how aspects of the installation worked. We appreciated the professionalism and awareness of the crew in working efficiently and cleaning up after themselves. We are very pleased with the end results and quality of the windows and doors we chose.
