“Optimum is wonderful and would highly recommend! We had a leak in our dining room ceiling and they were able to fix the leak AND repair and repaint the drywall damaged by the leak for a very fair cost. The workers were very conscientious about keeping their work contained and our home clean. The company owner followed up the same day to review the work. They are incredibly honest as well - when fixing our leak they discovered some rotting. Instead of catastrophizing the finding, they sent us pictures of it and noted that a repair is something we should keep on our radar and plan to fix. Optimum also installed a lovely skylight in our home under the previous owners and we have never had a problem with it. We plan to also use them to put a patio in this Spring, and bathroom remodel next year. Their customer service is incredibly helpful and responsive. You won't regret using them for any home improvements!”

“I needed some work done on a 20’x30’ American flag that I fly at my place every holiday I can. I couldn’t find anyone to do the work or give me a time frame that they could. They were able to do the work for a very reasonable price and were done in a few days. He even went over and above and added a piece of canvas to better support it. On this past Memorial Day we had a horrible rain storm come through on Sunday, and if it weren’t for them adding the canvas I believe it would have destroyed my brand new flag. I can’t say enough, Great JOB!!!!”

“Anytime I've ever gone in this store, the employees have been nothing but sweet and helpful. I've never had a problem with aisles being too closed in nor had to deal with clutter of product. I went in tonight and the store looked great with the new layout. I got there eight minutes before they closed with an exchange of air freshener that was defective. The store manager never once made me feel rushed and even helped me look for what I needed. The store manager has always been the kindest man, even when you can tell he is so exhausted from working so much. His hard work has paid off, because the store is a pleasure to shop in.”

He also cares enough to tell you to CALL him if you have any other issues. I also bought an inexpensive squier bullet strat from him, he modded it with a Seymour duncan. ..and believe it or not, it remains my FAVORITE guitar to play to this day. Jimmy had it set up FLAWLESS from the day I bought it, and I still can't believe how well it plays/holds tune compared to other axes I own at 10 times the price. It pays to buy an instrument from him, because he cares about what he sells, and is in it for the passion. Im fortunate to live close to his store, and would drive 100 miles even if I wasn't. :)”

The faculty are just so nice and attentive I believe the manager Jeffery is excellent and on point. “I will definitely be renting from them again. We bought the princess package with snow cone machine, and Jumbo Connect 4. The drivers came and set up without any issues. They even set up a few hours in advance without any additional cost. They came to pick-up right on time. The whole process was so quick and easy. I received reminders via email. I even signed the contract online. Everything was straightforward and to the point. I called at about 8:30pm the night before our event and left a voicemail requesting a generator (we thought it would be too late but tried anyways), that same evening we received an updated invoice with the generator added in! It was so quick and easy. We had an issue with the snow cone machine. However, as soon as we texted the company about it, we immediately got a response about having it refunded! Although you didn’t really talk to a person over the phone, the customer service was definitely on top of everything. Quick responses, products were as described, and set-up and take down were super easy, as their employees handled everything.”
