He works very well with people and gives good advice and lesson plans for his students along with sound encouragement to keep the student interested. He offers private one on one lessons in his home studio at reasonable prices and makes the experience comfortable for all. I called yesterday inquiring about labor fees and diagnostics after already calling several other businesses. I spoke to Budd, the owner, and let him know my situation and he was incredibly kind, patient, and understanding. I went there today so he and his coworker, Kyle, could assess the problem. Budd is a very kind and genuine guy and spoke highly of Kyle who was inspecting the issue with my vehicle. (It's always great to hear a business owner speak highly and trustingly of his employee(s) ) They found the problem while I was there and it did not take long at all. I am so glad that I found this business and cannot wait for them to get my car running properly again! If you want a more intimate and communicative service experience definitely do business here! “Overall, my opinion, it's a typical country store. The prices are not the lowest prices around, but they aren't too high. It offers great convience those who live out in the area or even passing through. I know they open early in the mornings, which is great if you need something on your way to work. Their closing times change depending on the day of the week and time of the year. In the summer months they stay open until 8pm Monday Saturday and on Sundays they close at 7pm. During the winter hours with our shorter days, they close at 7pm. The fact that they have 24 hour pay at the pump is an awesome plus for convenience and their employees are great. They treat everyone like family and are willing to help you in any way that they can.”

“I always wanted to try scuba diving my whole life. We were so lucky to start our journey with this amazing crew. Drew was so patient with us and gave us very detailed instructions. We were afraid to look ugly underwater but Josh took good photos of us so we look so cool even on our first day of diving. Wish he came on the second day too as we were able to go deeper but the new instructor Kevin was also very helpful and friendly. He would remember all of your names and call you by your name. The only thing you need to prepare for is the swim test- we didn’t know so we ate a lot before the pool lessons, but try not to eat too much before going into the pool. And try not to go on empty stomach either because you will be in the water for 6 hours straight. You need the energy to keep it up. Overall, very satisfying experience. “I am a property manager from the Pocono Mountain region of Pennsylvania. I have purchased over 20 hot tubs from the Spa Guy over the past 9 years. All of the hot tubs are currently still in use. Keep in mind, our hot tubs get weekly use virtually all year long. The quality of the hot tubs are excellent. The sealed filter system works incredibly well. A previous review mentioned the insulation is shrink wrap and spray foam. It is a plastic wrap with spray foam and it works very well. If you understand what makes an efficient insulation system, you would know that by just adding thicker closed cell foam does always increase the efficiency. Creating air and insulation breaks gives the best R value results. The Spa Guys type of insulation system works great for our colder climate region and provides a system that makes maintenance service very easy. Their customer service is excellent and they answer the phone when you call. Highly recommended this company for an affordable quality hot tub.”
