“Today is my first experience on Amtrak. So far it’s been absolutely wonderful! Ms. Tiesha Lewis an awesome awesome employee of Amtrak met us outside the train with the most pleasant and encouraging attitude. Every question I asked was greeted with such an eager willingness to assist us all. I give Ms. Tiesha Lewis 10-stars for making me feel like such a valued and welcomed passenger during my first experience (far better, so far than some of my experiences with the rushed and crowded airlines).”

“I have been here several times and have enjoyed every time! The staff is always friendly and eager to answer any of your questions. The station is a great place to find out information about the surrounding area, or to do some train watching or even pick up the Amtrak Crescent or Cardinal. Even though the staff at the station aren't Amtrak employees, they can still give you good information as to when trains are supposed to arrive, where they are headed and other stations around.”
