Battle Ground Mobile Estates, LLC

BG Mobile Estates is smaller than most I've visited. Cute, homey feel and clean. I wouldn't mind living there myself.

All of the negative remarks on here are EXACTLY why I live here. You know your neighbors have been thoroughly vetted. Only people who complain about how the community homes should be maintained are the very people that NEED someone to guide them as to what a considerate neighbor should look like. I have been here over 4 years. Retired. A GREAT GROUP OF people, in general, in our community. Community activities. Owner operated. Which makes a total difference in what goes on in neighborhood.. Love living here. Love community.

We live at Battle Ground mobile estates. Very clean and quiet park. Great location in Battle Ground. The only draw back would be if you lived in the row of homes along Interstate 503. The idiots that feel they have to gun their engines leaving town or gunning it to hurry and make the signal light crossing main street. Quite a few rules, but I guess that's so the park stays neat and clean and presentable to the public when visitors come through. Managers are very careful on who moves into the park. They do careful background checks.
