Urgent Care | Vancouver Clinic Ridgefield

From the moment we walked in, we were treated with the utmost respect and care. The nurses at urgent care check in were all so kind and fun; my 3 year old was scared at first, but they coaxed her out of her shell with stickers and fun. When we were taken into the room, the nurse was amazing and showed our child so much respect and kindness. The doctor was fast and efficient, and didn’t make us wait forever to see us. Overall, a wonderful and clean clinic with such great staff.

Alicia at the front desk went above and beyond to help my sister who rolled her ankle. Only giving 4 stars as the clinic is marketed as being closed at 8pm when walk ins are not allowed after 7 and we came in 7:30. That's fine in primary care but doesnt really makes sense in an urgent Care setting and could be marketed more honestly. Was thank you to Alicia and the providers and nurses for taking care my sister after hours
