(September 14, 2024, 1:37 am)Lori was great. Wonderful provider. Very efficient and informed me every step of the way. My daughter saw Lori at BG UC and also had such a great experience with her. It was nice to see her care transferred over to both pediatric and adult patients. The MA staff and Xray tech were friendly and kind. They all took great care of my needs. I've never had an issue with Vancouver Clinic. I always recommend family and friends.

What I don't like is when having to go to a specialist because of an IMMEDIATE need, ya can't get in for 2 months, hence; IMMEDIATE NEED. Also, I don't care for the central check in at Salmon Creek and other locations and that the individual Dr offices did away with their own counter staff.

(July 27, 2024, 9:36 pm)Our nine year old fell and hurt her elbow, we were concerned about a fracture. The urgent care staff was great with her. The x-ray tech was wonderful. He made her feel at ease and helped her relax for some painful imaging.
