This hotel was very clean and newly renovated. We were traveling with our springer spaniel and loved that this hotel is pet friendly with a low pet fee. The breakfast was good but was limited on selection. If you’re in a newly renovated IHG hotel, the does shower work you just have to find the lever underneath the faucet. 😅

Amazing morning breakfast! We travel stay at lots of hotels. This is the best one because of their cook. She loves her job, and she can actually COOK!! Thank you for the wonderful job your doing.

Sharron and her staff do an amazing job making you feel welcome. The property and rooms are clean and comfortable. The rates are more than competitive. You have a customer for life whenever I stay in or around PryorJ

The staff were phenomenal. They chased us down to give us a shirt we'd left after we'd checked out 🥰. Breakfast was REALLY good, best complimentary breakfast I've ever had, sausage links, bacon, eggs, biscuits & sausage gravy, pancakes, (made fresh on request), fresh hot coffee, fresh fruit, yogurt, cereal & sweet rolls & lots of other goodies- all buffet style, with a staff member designated to the dining area tending to any & all needs/requests. We were there for a funeral, so didn't spend much time in hotel & am unable to comment on pool, etc. The room was nice, bed comfortable, everything was clean & nice & the shower was fantastic, plenty of hot water & pressure, Dove body wash, shampoo & conditioner in shower with pump so no messing with tiny bottles - LOVED that & huge luxurious bath towels. Refrigerator actually kept drinks cold & chilled my water quickly. My only complaint was no smoking rooms, but they provide a bench outside under cover for smoking. Some might complain of traffic as it's next to hwy 69, but I enjoyed the convenience of location & watching the big trucks when I was outside smoking. There is NO traffic noise inside. The police in the area are PHENOMENAL I'm an older woman traveling alone & pulled into a parking lot of a closed business to get information from my partner via phone, within a couple of minutes a Chouteau city officer came & VERY politely checked on me, he even offered to stay until I was able to get in touch with my partner, when I declined he left but stayed in sight. A few minutes later another officer came by & also VERY politely checked on me, he also offered to stay with me. Police are currently getting a bad rap, but as an older woman traveling alone I was VERY appreciative of being looked after ❣️ Small town atmosphere, everyone is friendly, polite & look after each other, even an old woman from out of state driving a hot rod 🥰. I would definitely recommend this hotel & will stay here again for family gatherings.

Nice hotel, great service. The beds were especially comfortable. Everything was clean, tidy, and well stocked. The switches for the track lighting were difficult to locate, but we did figure it out. Breakfast was tasty and had great options for a weekend. Very dog friendly, and nice staff.
