“If all you have to go by is an address, you'll need GPS to find it. It is in the middle/corner of a one-story L-shaped building. The door is kept locked so you have to ring for entrance, though the person you are meeting with is likely to be waiting for you to let you in and greet you. There isn't much signage visible from the street so a better sign to look for is the Indian restaurant at the street end of the building.”

“I had children at Firecrest for two years. My older son had amazing teachers who targeted his needs. The other teachers I met while I was waiting to pick him up or walking by were so kind and friendly and obviously wanted to connect with their neighborhood families even beyond their own students. I also like the music teacher there. I do not love the principal not her leadership style (I was active in the PTA and got to know her through that lense). My younger son had a terrible time in kindergarten. So, everyone has their own experience, but I believe most of the teachers there are great and truly love the kids.”

“So first off, I do not recommend the finance service!!!!! Find another way to pay because you are getting robbed with them!!!! That being said, we bought a scratch and dent washer and dryer. Great deal!! But the dryer did not work. Made a call, manager called me back in just a few minutes, told me to come in and swap it out with the floor model. Kind of sucks to ha e to do that, but hey, it happens. Everyone was really nice and made me feel like they appreciated me shopping there!!!! I will buy all of my appliances from these guys!!!!!”
