“It was an uphill battle but worth it 100% I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a positive change in their life/lifestyle! All of the staff were friendly, very intelligent, professional, and aggressive(in a good way). I could have not done this without the help of the staff they pushed me to go harder faster and heavier. The workouts were intense but worth every moment. I did cheat on the diet one weekend and took a few steps in the wrong direction but I let the staff know and they told me how and what to do to get back on track. With their knowledge and assistance I got back on track and ended up surpassing the goal I initially set for myself. If I could rate this challenge (20lb challenge) and more importantly the people that helped me I would give them an 11/10. I am more than pleased with the way I look and feel! Highly recommend :)”
