Interstate Pest Management

Austin just left after inspecting our home for rats and ants. He was very nice, professional, and informative! Very happy with our experience so far! Time will tell as to how well the pest control works but I feel confident in Austins assessment and plan for our home. Recommended!

I love this company! They always listen to my requests and come out even if it's not my quarterly service time (they don't charge me for the extra call out). Austin has been my technician and is always on time, professional and full of information! I'd recommend them to anyone!

They performed general pest extermination. They notify you in advance of when they will be there and you have the opportunity to reschedule. Office staff and technicians are extremely pleasant to work with. The technicians announce there arrival and departure. The ask if there is any other service you are in need of at the time of their visit. I haven't compared prices, but they don't seem unreasonable for the work they perform. I am quite satisfied.

I almost forgot. They did a major job in my crawl space when I was buying this residence. They spent 2 days cleaning it out and replacing the vapor barrier and insulation. I was a disgusting mess, They did it without complaining. They were careful to avoid a mess in the house (access to the crawl space is in the guest closet) and they took absolutely everything with them when they were done. There was absolutely no evidence that they had ever been here. I haven't had any kind of a best problem since.

I needed to know if my dog was alerting to mice etc around the outside of the house. Hopefully the bait traps will help eliminate any major infestation. It is easy to schedule the quarterly visits and speak with someone unlike some other companies I have used. Thanks
