We liked the experience so much that we decided to go all in and have been working with Fly Fitness intensively for over a year now. The coaching is outstanding, Skyler is extremely responsive, knowledgeable and conscientious. We work with each other on juggling schedules as issues arise. Overall our experience has been amazing. Combined with improved food choices and overall increased activity outside of training, I have lost over 27 lbs, have a lot more energy and overall feel much better than I’ve felt in over a decade.
