“Steve has been a huge blessing to my boyfriend and I, he has helped us immensely over the four or so years we have been living at Norwood Villa. Rent is more affordable and consistent than many places. Have had issues with Jeremy in maintenance but issues continue to be resolved in good time with the help of Steve. Living first floor is significantly less noisy than the second floor(if you have considerate upstairs neighbors) due to a busy road right beside the complex. Convenient playground and park next to the complex as well.”

“I had a total hip replacement done by Dr. Sparling just over 5 years ago. I would describe it as the least invasive major surgery that I've had, and I've had a few. He and his support staff prepared me for what was coming, advised exercises that I could do ahead of time to increase my comfort after, and generally made me feel confident about the process. The operation itself went very well, and I had very little "down time" after the fact. I was back to work (I worked at home) literally the day I came home from the hospital. There is very little scaring at all, and my hip works better than the original ever did in my estimation. I can't imagine anyone doing a more complete, competent job. I would highly recommend him for any procedure within the scope of his practice without hesitation.”
