The only complaint I would have is they try to sell you on everything possible when you can get it more affordable at the pet store and do it at home. I don’t blame them, it’s their goal to make sales... just make sure to research which treatments etc you can do at home for much cheaper.”

“Excellent dentist and overall friendly office. The team is fantastic - kind, caring, and gentle. I have recommended Heritage and Dr. Richards to friends and everyone agrees - they are the best! I moved back to the area a few years ago and had an area between teeth that was giving me issues (catching food each time I ate and it was driving me crazy). Two other dentists had tried to fix it, but it didn't help at all. Dr. Richards said he could fix it. After the two previous attempts by two other dentists, I didn't have much faith but Dr. Richards fixed the problem (and restored my sanity)!”
