“Rich was great! Very professional and he told me exactly what I was going to pay. Excellent level of communication throughout the whole process - I received emails about the service date and time and text messages letting me know when Rich was on his way and when they were done. My light tan carpets had a few serious stains from kids, black grease from doors, spilled grenadine, and worst of all a yellow-tinted spot from a moss killer spray bottle leak. He got them all out and they look amazing (as if we never lived there)! Rich showed up exactly on time, even offered to be early, and his team was professional, courteous, kind, fast, and easy to talk to. I really enjoyed the experience and highly recommend these guys. No bull and all clean. Plus, they saved me quite a bit (estimate $5k) on new carpets. You definitely get what you pay for here! Thank you, Rich!”

“Pretty okay place, except the front doors close after 8:30pm, but they are opened until 10pm. Due to that it requires the attendant to constantly have to open the door every time someone wants to check on their clothes. Because of COVID there is no waiting inside. Otherwise, the place was great. I was able to wash over three loads in one machine as well as dry them all in one machine.”
