My only complaints are that there is absolutely no parking for a second vehicle or for guests which is a bummer, and the office staff are really hard to get a hold of if you have questions about something. It's how it's handled that I would give 5 stars, and my experience has been very good for my few years of living here. I'm not expecting a perfect problem free building, with problem free maintenance/management. That's just not realistic. With that, whenever there was an issue with my unit, they have been able to resolve it in a timely manner. I have had no issues of disrespect with management. In fact, it's quite the opposite.
