They have a staggering amount of drinks here, not just alcoholic ones, I mean anything you can think of, and I had seen beverages here that I have not seen anywhere else. Additionally, the staff are always extremely friendly and helpful, and the compressed air machine out front is free to anybody who buys anything else in the store. That was a nice surprise to find when I found one of my tires was low on air pressure.”

“I just brought my 2000 Land Rover Discovery to Kings Cross for some maintenance, and I couldn't be happier. I typically do my own maintenance, however I had a brake system issue and a vibration I couldn't resolve, and elected to bring it here. From the get-go my service advisor Rob was attentive, helpful, and never pushy. The day I dropped the Disco off a diagnostic test drive and general safety inspection was performed. I was sent a sheet with the results and pictures of problem areas they found that afternoon. Rob followed up with a phone call and we discussed what the technician had found and the costs associated with the repairs, and the various options I had. Once I decided on the work I wanted to be performed, parts were ordered, and they arrived and were installed the next morning. I had the Discovery back at the end of the second day. I cannot recommend this shop more highly. Their work was quality, the turn around time was extremely fast, and the communication was second to none. All work and charges were discussed beforehand, and I was never upsold or pushed to do any work that I would rather do on my own. If you have a British vehicle, this is absolutely the place to bring it.”

“I've been coming here for about 3 years now. They always took care of me and my Honda Civic. I have never had any issues with any of the repairs or even the amount they were charging me. They are very service oriented from accommodations to fit me in to help work around my schedule or to give a good detail explanation when something needs to be replaced and why. They always offer options and never make me feel like I need to get every little thing fixed just because they suggested it. They also have a great program for the people who like coupons who want to save money for basic services like oil changes or service repairs and some FREE inspections. The lady at the front counter is so friendly and sincere that she makes you feel like part of a family. I just purchased a 2018 KIA which I'm happy to hear they are certified to work on them.
