“I normally don’t take the time to write reviews but I had such a positive experience here today that I have to write one! The employees here were all so friendly and helpful from the person I spoke to on the phone to the person who checked me in at the front desk to the person who went over my bill and cashed me out. Everyone was so friendly, helpful, and upfront with me I was blown away. They told me there would be about a half hour wait before they could look at my car but they came and got it in about 15 minutes. I needed two tires replaced and they gave me price quotes on three different options so I could compare side by side. At no point did I feel pressured or like someone was just trying to make a sale off me. I expected to spend my whole Saturday waiting around for my car to be done but these guys had me in and out with two new tires and a front end alignment in just under two hours! Definitely will be taking my car to these guys again. Oh and their lobby is super nice and clean and they’re following all the appropriate sanitation requirements for COVID-19 which was very comforting to see.”

“These guys are great! Just picked up a comforter that was full of stains, including two stains that were left over from the last drycleaner I took the comforter to, and ALL THE STAINS ARE GONE! All of them. The price was a little more than the last place, but--obviously--totally worth it. Also, they are super friendly and didn't pass an ounce of judgment. I mean that seriously. I was pretty embarrassed taking in such a filthy comforter, but the guy brings me the comforter and says, "All the stains are gone!" And I didn't feel an ounce of judgement. He was just super proud of his work. You gotta love that. This place seems to have a newer dry cleaning machine. You can see it. (The other place's was hidden... can't remember what that place was, which was part of why we tried a new place.) Anyway, very happy. Totally clean. Boom!”

“I took my pickup to a local dealer when it wouldn't move after putting it in gear. Not being a mechanic in any form I took it to the local dealer. The experts, right? Their mechanic said it would cost almost $9000 to repair because the transfer case and transmission needed to be replaced. Then they offered me A LOT of trade-in value for it. That seemed fishy so I didn't trust them after the offer and decided to get a second opinion on the repairs. I am glad I did! As I said, I'm not a mechanic in any way so Mike helped me and explained that the pickup did need a new transfer case, but that the transmission looked good. He saved me over $6000 from what I would have paid to the dealer. I guess now I know who the true expert is and where I'm always taking my pickup for services now. Thanks Mike!”
