He was extremely thorough, sought to understand what our goals were, measured our baseline health and identified issues we were really eager to work on. He designed a program for us as a couple. We liked the experience so much that we decided to go all in and have been working with Fly Fitness intensively for over a year now. The coaching is outstanding, Skyler is extremely responsive, knowledgeable and conscientious. We work with each other on juggling schedules as issues arise. Overall our experience has been amazing. Combined with improved food choices and overall increased activity outside of training, I have lost over 27 lbs, have a lot more energy and overall feel much better than I’ve felt in over a decade. I’ve also had a nagging injury that through the training we have been able to improve strength, flexibility, mobility and reduce pain. Their system of reminders is exhaustive and while some may say annoying, I am pretty sure you could opt out, and for our busy family it is really appreciated! The front desk staff are always helpful. The dental assistants and hygienists are kind no matter who we get. Louisa this last time was thoughtful in how she spoke to me, charming, candid and focused on getting her job done, all the while making me feel comfortable. The dentist that used to be in this Ridgefield office (male) could have used some additional bedside manner frankly, but he was talented at his work, so I suppose that is the first priority. The newer female dentist located here now has wonderful bedside manner, plenty of experience and I really appreciate how comfortable she makes me feel.”

“We have been going to Must Love Kids since 2018 and the majority of my visits have been with Dr. Mo. There’s definitely been a lot of changes throughout these years. However I can say Dr. Mo. has been exceptional every time I’ve had interaction her. She truly values her patients and is so very kind. There has been a lot of turn over in assistants. It seems there’s a different set up they use in organizing their team than any other dentist I’ve been to before. Which at times seems to run very smoothly and other times it’s a long wait time for our appointment. Which honestly I don’t mind because they truly care for my kids and are very kind. The movies they play in the waiting room definitely help the kids look forward to coming to the dentist and make it less intimidating. Thank you for caring for my children from pulling teeth to cavities to regular cleans I can say our time here will always be remembered very fondly and positively. My eldest son has since graduated from pediatric dentistry and is sad he has to move on. My youngest is now enjoying his visits😊🙌🏽”

“I was referred to Christina by my doula after the birth of my twins a couple years ago. The first PT I was referred to by my physician didn't really help me with my very large (and deep, which was more concerning) diastasis recti separation. After the first session with Christina, I knew I was in the right hands and could start healing myself after multiple births. I've been a personal trainer for over 15 years and I've never been educated how to heal this issue. Christina is not only very knowledgeable but patient and caring. She gave me exercises that were specific to my situation and that I was able to fit into my crazy schedule. I'm pregnant with baby #6 and now she's helping me with birth prep for my home birth. Being able to do exercises specific to get ready for birth and having a plan for labor positions gives me such peace of mind. I can't wait to do my postpartum recovery with her in order to get back to my active lifestyle. “I have been a student at this studio for two years. Annice is an excellent instructor and Pilates has made such a difference in how I feel on a daily basis. I can feel it when I miss a class. The gentle (but effective!) toning, the stretching and core work have improved my tennis and golf games. There is a ton of variety in the exercises so that it never gets boring. And Annice is very good at challenging you to do as much as you can, but always with proper form in mind. Excellent studio. Highly recommended.”

“Switched our son to Dragon Star from another studio over 4 years ago. I can’t say enough good things about Sifu Tom. They prepare you for real world situations, not just going through the motions. The most genuine people you’ll ever meet. My son, husband and daughter are all enrolled and I just recently started tai chi classes.
