“Update: Lamiglas contacted me after seeing this review and immediately sent replacement. Was told their customer service department has gone through a lot of change recently. Original Review: Went fishing in Alaska with a well known guide. Pole broke while fighting Salmon. Guide stated that he’d never seen a rod break that easily while fighting a fish. Was advised to contact Lamiglas for warranty support. Submitted and have sent multiple follow up emails and attempted phone calls. Have yet to receive a response via email or a return phone call after multiple voicemails being left. Appears to be exceedingly poor customer service, loyalty, and pride in product. Would highly advise caution in trusting this company and their warranty commitment.”
