Dash Point State Park

One of my favorite hiking places!! Used to hike it 8 times a year and there's many paths to take. It's strange you go from the city to the sides trails quick! Beautiful water front as well abs when tide is out you can walk way out into the bay! The view is awesome!

My daughter & her family stayed in a cabin, another daughter & family were in a cabin next to it, & my son & his small family shared another cabin with myself and youngest son. We went before the weather was very warm this spring, but we had an absolutely amazing time. The cabins were all clean & very nice. They public restrooms were also kept clean. In fact as much as I was looking forward to going to the beach, I personally never left the campsite. I'd recommend this for anyone wanting to enjoy the peaceful outdoors and wildlife.

This is a nice place to go enjoy a nice afternoon on the shores or spend the night camping. I am a local so it really convenient and easy for me to grab a place. Feels safe at the site because the rangers make their rounds often. Access to the water from the campsite is not easy so if you are looking to kayak or something, it would be better to drive over.

It was pretty, but the walkway was very muddy.
