“I've come in a couple times, sometimes with an appointment and sometimes with an emergency. Every time they've been friendly, accommodating, and timely. It's in the mid-range as far as pricing but consistently good work so it's worth it. No towing, but they were able to recommend A Seattle Tow, and I had a good experience with them too. It's also nice that there's a few places nearby where I can grab a bite or run some errands on foot while they do their work, and they can call me when they're done or hold my car until the end of the day.”

“We live in Canada and had ordered my 12th grade daughter’s prom dress at Celeste Boutique when we were down in Seattle in December, with the intent to come and pick it up on one of our regular trips down in the spring. Needless to say, by the time spring rolled around, a trip down to pick it up was not possible. I contacted Vilma and ask her about having it shipped up to us. She arranged that right away, no questions asked, and in less than a week and for way less than I thought it would cost for shipping, my daughter’s perfect prom dress arrived at our door on Vancouver Island. I wasn’t honestly sure what to expect when I reached out about this with everything going on in the world, and we were incredibly impressed with the customer service both when we were at the store in December, and especially in getting the dress to us now. I could not recommend Celeste Boutique more highly!”
