Doug went above and beyond when we had an emergency. He is appointment only, but helped us out when we pulled into his shop out of nowhere when our car started having problems on I5. He is a true stand-up individual.

Simply Auto Repair was so incredibly helpful! While on a long road trip, our car had an issue. When we got there Doug had it solved and we were on the road in Minutes! I mean honestly in a matter in minutes. Very much recommended he was so kind and understanding!

Being a female I have trouble trusting auto shops. I usually feel they are just trying to get as much money out of me as possible, NOT HERE! Tony was patient in explaining what I needed and why. He even took the time to show me the broken parts and discolored fluids. Then when I called around to price check other shops, they were lower priced than all I called! Their technicians are all certified and they offer a 2 year warranty! I will only be using this shop from now on!
