My insurance led me to this shop to repair some damage to the front of my truck due to a hit and run. They were prompt, I dropped my truck off on the agreed day, one week later I got a call/text saying the repair was done. As far as the rework itself, it looks good. There was some left over plastic and not-so-good sealant around the refurb headlight (not their fault I imagine), but there were a couple of plastic clips missing from one of the trim pieces underneath the hood. I did appreciate they detailed the inside of the truck and it wasn't something I expected at all so that was a really nice gesture. Overall, good work.

So far so good I brought it in there The gal that helped me it was really really hot out and she had a bunch of stuff going on and she's juggling and riding a unicycle doing it all and doing it well busy busy busy but she was right on top of it had a good conversation about where to get going and how to get started and she also followed up with two updates within 2 days letting me know which side of the truck was getting approvals and worked on. I'll let you know the outcome the last experience with the service Kings one of their competitors down in South Auburn was one of the most horrible experiences I've ever had in their corporate office paid via $800 gift card just to say thanks for doing a bad job I guess but I must say if you looking for Swift professionalism that's not going to Yank your chain but get down to business and I feel a lot better about the mediations between the service and the Geico underwriters and adjusters because they see more robotic than ever they don't feel human and the people down here at least seem very human and these are these are investments these are our vehicles and we want to get them back the way they look that's why we pay insurance so so far the experience has been great I've read the reviews looked at the work and I've been to their office so far so good take your truck car or van to lease for your auto body needs
