Synergy Learning Academy

I feel it is very important to have a safe learning environment and Synergy Learning Academy provides that. In this COVID world Synergy Learning Academy has done an incredible job of adhering the COVID guidelines out lined by the State of Washington..The learning environment caters to all learning styles and provides a very accepting and nurturing place for children to grow and have their best success. The staff is highly trained and communicates very effectively with a willingness to work with you and your child. My experience at Synergy Learning Academy was with a 2/3 year old who was successfully potty trained and attained the necessary social skills that maximized his learning potential. My son has been attending Synergy for almost a year now. He started in the toddler room for a few months, and advanced to the classroom when he was about 2.5 years old. I really can’t say enough good things about the school.

When he first began attending, he had a hard time adjusting (because he was two, and was used to being with his grandmother). They were so kind and patient in helping him get adjusted. They even made recommendations about adjusting his schedule (which worked well). All of the teachers are very friendly, and even if they’re not his teacher, they all seem invested. It is professionally run, but has a family feel to it, since it is a small school, which I really like.

My son is learning so much, even beyond what I would expect for his age. I also love their holistic approach to learning, with lessons on values (i.e. gratitude, respect, etc.), yoga, music, Spanish and Sanskrit. They require the children to practice discipline, and have high expectations, but do so in a caring manner. His teacher is very patient and always using a kind tone of voice.

No school or day care is perfect, but what I do expect is that if/when a concern arises (whether small or large), and I share it with them, it is addressed appropriately and expeditiously. This has absolutely been my experience here (and I’ve never had any serious concerns).

Synergy has been my daughter second home for the past 2 years. We are grateful to the entire staff & management of the school as they take care of each individual child like their own child.

- Teachers not look for academic development of the child but an overall development.

- The teachers make sure the kids are always happy & safe.

- They make sure no kid stays hungry & thirsty. Children are provided with healthy & freshly cooked food.

- Teachers are friendly with the parents & are always there to help if needed.

- A special thanks to the entire staff & management for providing holistic development.

Great School. My daughter loves the place. Their take care of all the little details for the kids to learn things, which help them have a strong foundation in all subjects their teach and also by teaching core values of life, on how to live out of them. I would suggest Synergy for kids who can have fun and the same time learn a lot !

Academics , Curriculum and Teachers are great. They are very approachable and takes feedback in the right sense and implements them. Freshly prepared nice lunch is provided to all kids everyday. They hold science fair, spelling bee, geography quiz for kids. Halloween, Christmas and many other festival activities are also done as fun activities. I wish there are some music instrument class. But given the diaspora I personally know many kids learn specific music instruments outside so it is unfair ask.
Apart from this they provide moral value classes , yoga classes for kids. Overall, we are very happy as parents to send our kids to this school.
