Took my truck in for an alignment after my lift and it definitely drives how it should. Everyone was knowledgeable and each employee has a specialty. They had all the answers to my questions. They have a lot in their showroom/store and I was happy to find some things I know I'll need later. It's great to have a shop like them around.
Sean and the team at the install shop are true professionals! I’ve had about half a dozen appointments at the install shop over the last year and plan to continue working with them on my build.
I appreciate their quick and proactive communication. Sean provided me updates along the way, sent me data from the install that was requested, and are always quick to respond to texts/emails.
I’ve had one or two minor install related gripes I’ve noticed shortly after install but Sean and his team were incredibly receptive to feedback and made the touch up appointment happen right away.
Thank you guys for your attention to detail and professionalism. I truly feel like you care for my truck as if it were your own. Loving my most recent ADS install!
Ok, Review time,
So I work for a local family
Equipment Rental Company, and after two weeks of customers endlessly leaving machines without Fuel, I started to get grouchy about it, and a few minutes of research later, I found
Mule Expedition Outfitters,
So on a Saturday, I drove out to Issaquah to the retail store, Super Easy to find,
I walked in, was politely greeted,
And then I stop in my tracks
Boom Boom Boom
Everything I Could Need """AWESOMENESS"""
The Staff Here Is Fantastic, Amazing Really
Very Knowledgeable and Helpful
Helped me with my Fuel tanks which are in the first picture, and my Driving Lights, second picture
I may very well go back for the mini Propane Tank
3rd picture,
I did the installation on the Rotopax Fuel tanks
And Driving Lights
Both took about an Hour each
I Cannot Thank This Family Enough
This Company goes right up to 10 Stars in my book
P.S. sorry so long, But Its Important for people to know, Company's I appreciate
More pictures later when my Semi is Clean
Working with MULE to outfit my vehicle has been an amazignly educational and pain free experience. Their staff is friendy, knowegable and totally willing to talk to you for 40 min about lights and future projects despite having already worked with two other customers for close to an hour!
Their actual shop is top notch as well. They've got you covered for literally anything from the ground (Tire/wheel/suspinsion) up (Accessories and custom eletric work).
Wouldn't trust my rig with any other shop in the greater Seattle area.
If you're even thinking about getting your truck, SUV, or Jeep modified, I wouldn't hesitate to stop by Mule's Issaquah show room or give them a call. The entire crew is highly experienced, knowledgeable, and friendly. It doesn't matter how big or small your project is, they'll work to ensure the build is done right. If on the off chance you're not completely satisfied, they'll do their best to make it right.
