“I started attending Mommy's Fit Zone classes 4 months after having my 3rd baby. I initially went to one class a week, but a few weeks in, I was addicted and attending all 3 classes each week. Thearany's classes are always very challenging and I love the strength component of her classes and have gotten really toned since starting these classes. Each class is different so we never get bored. I like that we get to use dumbbelss and do HIIT, Tabata and running. And all the other mom's are really friendly, so I feel like I'm just spending an hour with friends rather than working out. I highly recommend these classes to anyone with a baby who still wants to get a good workout!”

My son has now been going to Mountainside for 5 months now and takes to these teachers like they are family. You will find plenty of people not wearing a mask violating the mask mandate and a powerless staff that allows this to happen because their boss (John) is a firm believer that the virus is a hoax and Donald Trump is the best. The gym gets a five star for the facility itself and equipment. The floor plan is very good. Staff is very friendly, professional and welcoming.”

“Mr grand daughter and grand son go there for the last 3 years. I have seen huge confidence in my grand daughter who lacked in that. My grand son is now 2 levels higher than his peers. They also work with the teachers to make sure the kid is up to date on school work too. They help with foundation skills a lot in addition to that they help with school homework if we ask them to. Best place in town. I am very happy with the teachers who are very friendly and kind”

“I have so many positive things to say about Dr. Leonard! His office staff and PAs are absolutely wonderful and are willing to answer any question! Dr. Leonard stayed at the hospital all night while I was in labor. During labor my son's heart rate dropped during contractions and needed to be delivered immediately, with a vacuum-assisted delivery. Dr. Leonard helped me feel calm during the procedure and ensured the safety of my son and I. My sister, a Labor and Delivery Charge Nurse, was present during the delivery, and said that in all her years of practice, she has never seen a more smooth vacuum-assisted delivery. I am grateful for such an attentive physician and will be returning for my next baby!”
