Gorgeous peak!! Feels the best once u arrive here
Easy going, well maintained, room for about 12 cars to park.
Regional hike up Cougar Mountain, 1.5 to 2 hours loop walk - great to bring a big dog (might be too long for an old or small dog). The walk is signposted but you should still familiarize yourself with the map at the car park. There's unfortunately hardly any views albeit the hike being up a mountain. Strenuous if you're not fit, as the trek is not paved, but easy if you're in good shape. Bringing proper boots and shoes is essential.
A good work out, pretty, took about 2 hours round trip.
My dog and I loved hiking up this lush green trail. There is a creek with water for your pooch to drink at the beginning and end.
