“Rays Cafe, the upstairs part to Ray's, is the less costly and less formal restaurant of the two (compared to Ray's Boathouse downstairs). Parking here is always tough so get there ahead of time. There's usually a wait as well, especially on nice days because they have tons of seating on the outside balcony. The views here are killer, which is one of the best things about this restaurant. The staff here are incredibly friendly and pretty quick getting around with orders and drinks/food. Although the food is a bit on the more expensive side, the quality and taste is amazing, and the portion sizes are pretty good as well. Would highly recommend coming here for a celebration or date night, but trying to put your name in or reservation earlier on so you're not waiting a ton.”

“Four adults went there for dinner. The atmosphere here was very nice. Lovely decor and candle-lit table. We ordered the antipasto plate, which was a little small and didn’t come with cheese but was still tasty. I ordered the pork belly ravioli with truffle cream sauce. The ravioli pasta tasted quite fresh and it was a delicious filling meal overall. My wife got the morel mushroom tagliatelle which was good but didn’t include many mushrooms. Very cool experience overall”

“Pretty good food in a very convenient location. Good service. On their face, I agree with the reviews below it's a bit expensive for what you get, but it's completely understandable considering the costs of the location, and the Seattle food scene in general not being the cheapest. Therefore I give it 5 stars as it lives up to my expectations. Most venues monopolizing such attraction-centric locations do the bare minimum above merely siphoning off the incessant flow of hungry visitors with no alternative. This one actually makes good stuff.”

“Peaceful ambience. A nice place to hang out with families and friends. All servers are friendly and warming. The food is decent! I really recommend their special of sable fish, good on both cooking ways! We went for dinner so not much outside scene we could see.”

“We had such a wonderful experience at The Dane. The sandwiches are delicious! The beer is amazing (and local) and the staff were so sweet. They found out we were on our honeymoon and brought us a warm cookie to celebrate. This place is great!!!”

“Solid coffee shop close to the beach! The barista was chill and pleasant, told me about how you can walk from Golden Gardens to Carkeek park when the tide goes out, but you have to catch it at just the right time.”

“Fantastic food. They have a little enclosed space with radiant heaters to keep you warm while you eat in the winter. All the windows in it open up for the summer. Does something on the menu sound good to you? It is good. Go eat here. NOW. You'll regret all calories you've consumed that weren't from Un Bien once you've tried it. Grab food for the whole family while you're here.”
