They were very responsive; we went back and forth on options of the canvas print, which was all very helpful, kind and professional. They shipped it directly to my dad's home, for a reasonable additional fee, and it got to the destination a week before the holiday. All of this was done online. “This is the best U-Haul store we have ever come in Seattle. We ordered an U-Box to ship to Ohio, and we were late to bring stuffs in on the original schedule. The manager - John - was super nicely changed my schedule, and even extended my truck rent for free. Nicest person we have met working in U-Haul. “I have not been here but for the last seven years I have been in love with the vintage lighted sign above the entrance. Sad to see it is in much disrepair and does not light up anymore. Sometimes though I stroll by here and when the traffic isn't too bad I lift my ear to it and can still hear the mechanics rolling in a squeaky click for the light dance like clockwork, even though the light bulbs are all burned out.”
