“I arrived at Alan Lloyd's office in extreme pain, from a frozen shoulder, a condition that typically results in about two years of immobility and pain in the affected arm. Mine started in April, became intolerable in May when I started my hunt for a magic bullet to relieve the excruciating pain. By the time I arrived at Alan's office, I had tried a number of traditional and alternative treatments, none of which made any difference. But, during my first session with Alan the pain was reduced by about half, with the remainder being taken care of during the second session. By now (October), the pain in my arm is completely gone, and the 'capsulitis' in the shoulder is starting to loosen up and relax, meaning that I can use my arm much more normally. I had tried Acupuncture for other conditions without experiencing dramatic results, so I am delighted to have met Alan just when I needed results most. “I own a 1905 Victorian in Wallingford. The roof has many angles,,,,, as in the House of the Seven Gables.... The roof had had numerous repairs and had never had plywood installed. This was a big undertaking. I obtained four estimates. Budget Roofing had the best price. They tore off several layers, put new plywood everywhere, and replaced some trim pieces that were not part of the bid. They did this in the most unobtrusive way and completed the job in only three days. The house has a very large skylight that used to leak all the time. In the last few days, we have had record rains in Seattle and the top floor of the house is bone dry, including the area around the skylight. I own four houses in Seattle and have dealt with many contractors. I think this is one of the best companies I have dealt with across the board.”
