“I couldn’t be happier with the way I was treated at the William Street Miracle Ear in Cheektowaga. I first spoke with Marie, the front office assistant. She was very helpful and answered all my questions. Then I met Justin, the hearing aid technician. Talk about knowledgeable! He’s been doing this for 16 years now, plus he has a great sense of humor as well. He tested my hearing, gave me a ton of information and all the options of hearing aids to choose from. He even let me take a pair home to try them out, then ordered me a new pair and custom fitted them to my ears. I ended up choosing the best quality hearing aids that they offer. Yes, they were expensive, but how can you put a price on your hearing? Especially after years of saying “what?” All day long. I’ve also been back a couple of times for service and they are always happy to help. I am very happy that I chose this location, based on the friendliness and the knowledge of the people here. Plus, I can hear again!”

Let me tell you about how incredibly caring he is; and I know this from years and years and years of experience. Dr. Sweiger truly cares about his patients and whatever is best for their health. He is gentle and kind. He listens and really thinks about the situation. An example is when he saved my son's life. My son had been sick with a flu-like illness for days. I thought he was getting better and I'm a pretty good mom. My husband was like, something doesn't seem quite right... SO I took him into see doctor Sweiger. Doctor Sweiger assessed the situation, and just to be sure, just to be safe - sent my son in for a cat scan where they found that my son had simmering appendicitis!! The thing was just leaking out fluid... It wasn't like screaming at us - it was faint-like - but present! So my son had his appendix out that day - right before his hunting trip!! Note: If Dr. Sweiger had not made this call, my son would have possibly died on a hunting trip. Thank you Dr. Sweiger for your years of excellent doctoring and much caring over your patients!!! You know how to make the hard calls!!”

“We went to pick up a graduation present for my son. He wanted a hamster 🐹. After calling around and visiting a few shops we ended up here at the Valley Stream location. Our salesperson(Courtney) was amazing (5/5). She was knowledgeable, informative, helpful, and made some great recommendations. Walking around the shop, receiving a care lesson all while picking up the essentials that we needed to set up our home was fun 😀. We then met a few of the hamsters. Mommy began to develop some second thoughts 😱 after the first few cages were opened but when we met Chunks(our Long Haired Syrian Hamster) she was totally on board 😁. Courtney transfered Chunks to a temporary carrier then walked him over to the check out counter and gave us a few more tips. We had an awesome experience. Overall the store was pretty clean, well stocked and the staff were friendly. 4 1/2 Stars.”
