“Mr grand daughter and grand son go there for the last 3 years. I have seen huge confidence in my grand daughter who lacked in that. My grand son is now 2 levels higher than his peers. They also work with the teachers to make sure the kid is up to date on school work too. They help with foundation skills a lot in addition to that they help with school homework if we ask them to. Best place in town. I am very happy with the teachers who are very friendly and kind”

“My daughter danced at Spotlight from the age of 4 through high school graduation in 2021. It was a tremendous part of her all-around development (physical, emotional, mental) and the friendships will stick with her for a lifetime. She learned so much about different styles of dance and became an amazing dancer, especially in ballet. Spotlight is a very inclusive and safe space for all and the instructors truly care for every student. I highly recommend this studio without any reservation.”

“---Love this college!!--- Very good design program and amazing internship after all the trouble I went at another small school. Initially I started at Art Institute of Seattle but they accepted me without asking for any essay or portfolio which was already unusual. Then advisors started disappearing from the office until school announced that closing permanently in the middle of the quarter. I was terrified to lose my F1 Visa status. Last person left in International Office told me to leave the country within 14 days if I can't get enroll in another college. I couldn't believe it was happening for real in the US. But Bellevue College saved me. They accepted me in a few days and transferred all my immigration records within grace period. I was able to get an amazing internship this summer and company just offered me a permanent job. Forever grateful to my advisors and great professors!”

“Just west of Parking Lot E16 is the entrance to a beautiful short “marsh walk” loop that takes you down to the lake on a planked sidewalk. Lots of marsh plants, birds— I’ve seen ducks and gulls, a pair of herons, and a variety of birds I can’t label, as I’m not a birder— and when you get to the water there are frequently turtles sunning on logs and small fish jumping for insects, plus frogs singing their rivetting songs. It’s worth going a minimum of four times, once per season, although more is better!”
