My old roof was completely remove and replaced with Owns Corning Tru Definition Duration shingles and the Owens Corning Weather Lock Self-Sealing Ice & Water shield. I highly recommend these shingles and Ice & Water shield. The quality of these shingles is superior along with the warranty. The flower beds and the rest of the work site was protected and cleaned up as if they were never there. Now I have a roof that will stand the pounding of the extreme Pacific Northwest weather. “Travis has done many roofs for my business. I know what to look for in a "good roof installation". I look at my roof and look at all the neighbors roofs and there is no comparison. My gable edges are perfectly straight, my metal is straight and tight, and the ridge as well is straight with the roofing. This guy installs perfect roofs. If you have a steep pitched roof, then you want this guy, he doesn't mark up your roofing like other companies do with steep roofs cause they are sliding or careless. “I just learned about Bayview roofing this year through my State farm insurance agent in Silverdale, Nicole Grigg. I requested 3 estimates for replacing my 30 year old composite roof at the beginning of April. Two of the bigger companies were unable to complete the work prior to the end of the summer. Bayview being a small family-run business, completed the work in the middle of May. I was very impressed with their staff and the workers were very diligent and considerate of safety and also my personal needs regarding clutter. The office manager, Crystal personally delivered the invoice to my house and picked up my check for the work. The estimator Steve delivered a prepackaged packet of extremely important information about my roof which the big companies didn't do. Scott Carlson, the owner of the business was very personal and communicative about the work while it was being performed. I don't give out five stars very often but certainly Bayview roofing was entitled to this rating.”
