“I have had nothing but positive interactions with the employees at 420 Spot Shop. They know their product, pricing, and what to look out for. Prices are reasonable and there's something I find comforting about the small form factor. I've never felt rushed and usually leave with a smile. It might be nice to have a more robust online ordering or reserving system, but they are great as is. Give them a try.”

“Edit: I’ve gone there again recently and the customer service/food quality is definitely better. I’m updating my review because I had no issues this time around! Literally all my food was burnt. When I arrived someone was there waiting and I asked her if she’d been helped so I didn’t cut her in line. She she she’d been waiting despite having the dominos tracker tell her it was ready 30 minutes ago. The man working couldn’t give her an estimated time for her food to be done and his excuse was “we have like 20 orders right now”. He then gave me mine after about 3 minutes but obviously never “quality checked” it like they say they do.”

“Edit (2022): Everything I said in my original review still applies, but they accept card now! No need to worry about getting cash, though I'm sure cash is still appreciated. Original review (2019): This is a wonderful mom and pop restaurant with great food and the best biscuits and gravy I've had since leaving the Midwest. The place is small, and it can get rather busy, so be prepared for a bit of a wait if you go sometime like Saturday morning. The main downside to this place is that they don't accept any digital payment, so make sure to bring cash, but you likely won't need more than $10 a person if you get options like biscuits and gravy.”

Burrito price was more expensive than others but that probably was due to the way to was prepared. Overall not a bad experience and price.”
